The American Wind Energy Association’s Wind Energy Conference is being held in Houston, Texas.

Panels at the conference will cover policy issues, including transmission line construction, wildlife concerns, and the intersection of carbon markets and renewable energy markets. A number of academic papers on economics, policy and technology topics also will be presented.
